A Note From Me
As an Israeli-American clinician, I feel a strong sense of responsibility toward those who serve and protect Israel. I specialize in trauma work with high-functioning, high-stress populations, and this program was created to provide structured, consistent support for IDF soldiers and lone soldiers.
My work is results-driven, efficient, and creatively integrative, combining clinical trauma therapy with practical nervous system tools that help create stabilization and clarity under conditions of high operational stress.
Program Overview
This is an 8-week structured therapy program designed to support IDF soldiers experiencing operational stress, trauma exposure, and emotional strain during or after service.
Duration: 8 weeks
Frequency: 1 session per week
Session length: 1 hour 50 minutes
Format: Secure remote video sessions
Cost: Free for IDF soldiers and lone soldiers
My intention is to provide consistent, structured clinical support during periods of high operational demand and transition.
Who This Is For
This program is designed for:
Active duty IDF soldiers
Reserve soldiers
Lone soldiers
English-speaking soldiers in Israel or abroad during service
Individuals experiencing operational stress, trauma exposure, anxiety, or emotional overload
You do not need to be in crisis to participate—this is structured support for high-stress conditions during service.
What Sets Me Apart
-
Most therapy is designed around standard 50-minute sessions. This program offers extended 1 hour 50 minute weekly sessions over a structured 8-week framework, allowing for deeper regulation work, stabilization, and continuity—especially important for high-stress and operational environments.
This format is intentionally designed for efficiency and clinical depth, not surface-level support.
-
My clinical work focuses on individuals operating under sustained pressure—trauma survivors, high-achieving professionals, and clients exposed to acute and chronic stress environments.
This includes experience supporting complex trauma responses, emotional dysregulation, and performance-related stress while maintaining a grounded, practical therapeutic approach.
The work is adapted for individuals who need clarity, containment, and forward movement. I do not believe in prolonged dependency.
-
My approach is both clinical and creatively integrative, combining evidence-based trauma therapy with nervous system regulation tools and somatic stabilization techniques.
The focus is on helping clients achieve measurable emotional stabilization, improved regulation, and functional recovery within a structured timeframe, rather than open-ended processing.
Sessions are collaborative, focused, and tailored to real-life operational demands.
